Is there a mobile app? Does IMAP work?

Neither. It is a web client for now.

IMAP is on the roadmap, and the honest version of it weakens the guarantee, because a live IMAP bridge has to hold plaintext and keys in memory to serve a client that cannot do the cryptography itself. When it ships it will be labelled as a different guarantee rather than quietly as the same one.
